Pastor Johnny,
I’ve been looking at your website and it seems you have a wonderful thing going.
I’d love if you guys could do a program like you are doing there.
We have many needs like you want to meet for all the kids.
We are in a unique area here as we are a larger village surrounded by poorer villagers.
Many parents struggle to make ends meet indeed.
One of my many dreams is to do a dormitory for high school kids.
We do have gov’t transportation that takes the kids home every day but it makes for days that start early and end late and home many times is very inadequate for education.
Today we are moving fast into an age of technology in schools.
If you would consider, I could find the land close to the high schools.
We could set these up and offer other types of hands on education too, such as farming/gardening, crafts, art, construction, music, internet access, cooking, sewing, trade type work like plumbing, electrical, type classes, bible study, and opportunities to serve. Do a boarding school that keeps a kid accountable.
We have many, many ways that would add value to what they receive now.
You would be surprised the living conditions of some of these kids right here in town.
Rural is good too but centralization helps to get more results and less money is spent ultimately to achieve a bigger goal.
With a free dorm, ALL kids could get a chance.
I’d be ready to look at something like this.
Dorms can be located almost at the two high schools we have.
One is in town here and one is more rural but both are big with 1000 kids.
